Buffalo Chicken Bites

Buffalo Chicken Bites
One of my favorite guilty pleasures is buffalo wings, especially dipped in blue cheese dressing. There's something about the buffalo chicken and blue cheese combo that really appeals to me and I had a craving for it lately. When I came across a recipe for ham and cheese stuffed pretzel bites, I figured I could substitute it with chicken and blue cheese. That's when I decided to make these Buffalo Chicken Bites... yum! These are such an awesome snack, which could be a meal in itself if you have enough of them. It's not hard since they are addictively delicious! I plan on making these again and experimenting with other fillings such a steak, provolone, sauteed peppers and onions for Philly Cheesesteak Bites... or even pepperoni, italian sausage, mozzarella and mushrooms for Pizza Bites. Buffalo Chicken Bites 2 1/4 teaspoons rapid rise dry yeast 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup warm milk ( I used 2%) 2 1/2 cups of flour Preheat oven to 400°F with rack in the middle of the oven.

Mongolian Beef I LOVE P.F. Changs but it can be a little pricy for what you actually get. I have been making this recipe for YEARS now and I always get rave reviews. Homemade Baked Mozzarella Sticks Mozzarella sticks are a delicious treat, probably one of the most popular appetizers at restaurants, and a fun party food. They tend to be rather fattening, especially considering they are usually fried, but they are so irresistibly tasty. So how do you give in to the temptation that is mozzarella sticks without the guilt? Make healthy, Baked Mozzarella Sticks! Here is a recipe I love, and your family will too. Garlicky Baked Fries I’m never going to make garlic potato fries any other way. These garlic fries, win hands down as the best garlic french fries I’ve ever made. Plus they are baked – so I won’t feel too guilty if I make it every time I’m craving for some potato comfort. When I read that there is garlic infused oil involved, my heart skipped a beat (in a good way, not the way oil would otherwise treat your heart). I got down to making them immediately.

The Web’s Best Grilled Cheese Sandwiches If we had to choose one simple comfort food to eat for the rest of our lives, it would be grilled cheese. Sure we would eventually have to pay for two airline seats and purchase a Neti Pot to keep our nostrils clear, but you know what, it’d be worth it. If you’re in the same boat, here are The Web’s Best Grilled Cheese Sandwiches that you can cook up and enjoy too. Sweet Hot Mustard and Jarlsberg Grilled Cheese

Crockpot Chicken Tacos I'll keep this short and sweet: this is one of my all time favorite recipes. If there is one crockpot recipe you need in your repertoire, this is it. But truthfully, after making it once you won't even need the recipe because it's just so darn easy. Three ingredients and almost zero work. The result is a juicy, flavorful shredded chicken that makes some killer tacos. Baked Egg Boat recipe Breakfast is my favorite meal. I like to drink iced coffee and watch the cream climb its way down the chunky ice cubes in a dazy before the caffeine hits. I like to order bacon with whatever I’m eating. I like eating potatoes with ketchup. I like eggs over easy, and fluffy scrambled eggs.

Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon and Mushrooms “This is probably my favorite way to eat chicken.” That’s a quote from my husband the last time I made Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon and Mushrooms for dinner. Marinate some chicken breasts in honey, mustard, and lemon, then top with bacon, mushrooms and cheese… How could that go wrong? I love to serve this dish with a side of oven fries and a crisp lettuce salad. It’s a meal full of flavor!

Chicken Enchiladas aka the best enchiladas ever! Thank you so much to Laura, at Tide and Thyme, for introducing me to this recipe. Seriously - they were so so good I can't even tell you. Beer Bread Beer Bread Bread scares me. Not eating it. It’s the making of it that I’m terrified of. Floored with fear, I tell you. Potato Rings with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch If french fries and onion rings ever got married and had a baby, I think it would be something like this…a potato ring. You have a light and crispy outer coating with a soft potato and caramelized onion center…why? Because we can I guess, who knows…but it’s kind of fun, right?!

san francisco garlic fries Well folks, not much going on this week. I’m still 800 million degrees, which I guess is normal if you’re a human incubator. I’ve become a stretchy, elastic waisted pants spokesperson, because ohmygah maternity jeans are the most incredible thing I have ever worn, excepting for the sweat pants I model almost daily. Carbonara I love carbonara. It's fast, simple and cheap, yet very filling, warm and comforting. I generally don't like it when I get it at a restaurant which is surprising to me because it is so easy to make! Today we used bacon rather than pancetta for a few reasons.
