Competitive Landscape Report Today, intellectual property and patent data is widely available, but the sources of data and the formats in which these data are presented are not practical for quickly and efficiently deriving meaningful business intelligence. Various software tools address these challenges, but typically require a specialist to extract useful information and analysis. With the aid of Ocean Tomo Ratings™ system our Strategic Analytics division offers standardized IP research reports that are packaged to deliver immediate impact. The Competitive Landscape Report contains all of the relevant information required to assess the competitiveness of a given technology in the marketplace.

Valuing a startup is intrinsically different from valuing established companies. Business Loans without Banks An investment through the ThinCats platform involves making secured loans directly to individual businesses and therefore your capital is at risk and interest payments are not guaranteed if the borrower defaults and it transpires that the value of security held to protect against borrower default is insufficient to repay your capital and interest. Your experience of defaults will affect your earnings through lending on the Platform. Please click on the "What are the risks?" button to read more. Member of the peer to peer finance association

The talk is highly entertaining and thought provoking. He argues against the notion that startups that want to have a huge exit need to raise big money, noting that Microsoft raised just $1 million and eBay just $5 million, in venture capital. He says small startups can be hugely disruptive, and have proportionally huge exits. he calls these companies Thunder Lizards.
