Scalloped Hasselback Potatoes
“Scalloped” is an attractive word, isn’t it? When I hear it I think of several things: first, there’s scallops, as in the seafood—totally delicious. Crockpot BBQ Beer Chicken What is up with beer and me lately? I can’t get enough of the stuff. If I’m telling the truth, I really enjoy cooking with beer much more than I like drinking it.
