The Infamous Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip Cookies

The Infamous Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip Cookies
Now, I have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I swear by. I love it, I think it is incredible, and I haven’t changed my mind about that. However, as much as it pains me to say it, these chocolate chip cookies by Jacques Torres are absolutely, without a doubt, the best chocolate chip cookies that I have ever made or tasted in my entire life. I guess that’s why they call him Mr. Chocolate! These are a chocolate chip cookie of another color, that’s for sure. Either way, I made these and everyone that tried them went nuts. Strawberry Shortcake Cookies Hey guys! Today I’m jumping right into the recipe because I’m really excited about it. We have strawberry shortcake cookies topped with vanilla glaze for you! I have to admit, I hadn’t actually tasted my first strawberry shortcake until culinary school, about 4 years ago…I know….BUT I did grow up obsessed with the books, especially the scented ones that were also plastic with a sponge lining so you could take the book into the bath with you to smell and read it, which I now think are a little weird/creepy or maybe I’ve just been watching too much Law and Order: SVU lately….I digress. ANYWAY, I’ve been on a pretty big Greek yogurt kick lately… I mean, I’ve always had a thing for Greek yogurt, but I’ve recently become super into using it in my cooking/baking. Today I’ve replaced my egg and milk for Greek yogurt AND just like in regular shortcake recipes the amount of sugar in the whole batch is pretty low….yay, for sorta healthier cookies!

Nutella-Stuffed Brown Butter + Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies {my favorite cookie ever} Sep 06 I know that the title of this recipe is a little absurd and dramatic, but I couldn’t think of any other way to present this cookie to you. Beyond Pasta: 10 Delicious Polenta and Risotto Dishes Recipe Roundup We are talking Italian cuisine all week, here at The Kitchn, but we admit that it's been a little pasta-heavy so far. So let's turn our attention to the other two starchy dishes that Italians have perfected, and that we love exceedingly: Polenta and risotto. Polenta, of course, is a simple dish made with fine or coarse cornmeal (you can make it with pretty much any cornmeal in your kitchen) and as such it's the European cousin of grits.
