Foodbuzz 24, 24, 24: Chinese Buffet at Home
It is no secret that I have an obsession with Chinese cuisine. The place that started it all was a local Chinese buffet here in Michigan. After frequent visits to the buffet over the years, I finally decided to take a stab at cooking my own Chinese dishes at home. I love peanut butter, preferring creamy over chunky... but it doesn't really matter. I'm pretty sure I love peanut butter now as much as I ever did when I was a kid. I've eaten peanut butter in just about every sandwich concoction I can think of... including PB&J of course, PB and mayo, PB and bologne (another kid thing), the Elvis, PB and applesauce. A friend puts it on a hamburger, although I've never tried it. I love creamy PB with a cored and quartered Gala apple.
