Playing with data: our ODI open data board game Playing with data: our ODI open data board game For the last six months, on and off, a few of us here at the Open Data Institute have been working on an open data board game. The idea of an open data board game was born out of discussions between us about why Monopoly was so awful, our favourite games, and the mechanics that made them work. That's why 23 unabridged print editions and 15 abridged editions over nearly 139 years, as well as multiple Web editions since 2000 have been published—to ensure that you have current tools to manage contemporary knowledge organization projects. The four-volume unabridged edition is published approximately every seven years, reflecting the time the Dewey editorial team needs to implement changes across the entire classification. The 23rd print edition, published in mid-2011, includes many new features that make the classification easier to use. The abridged edition, Abridged Edition 15, published in February 2012, and is well-suited for the classification needs of libraries with up to 20,000 titles in their collections.

PlumX Metrics - Plum Analytics PlumX Metrics allows you to get more value from an institutional repository (IR) by embedding the altmetrics about your research directly into the IR. These altmetrics are about the different versions of the same article – not just the one in the IR, so your authors can see the impact and reach of their research in just one place. This makes your IR a more valuable place for research and encourages your authors to deposit their articles and other research. Embed metrics where you need them.
