Two Minute Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Two Minute Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
This, friends, is where procrastination gets me. I was staring at the computer, mired in writers’ block. I clicked on that Stumble button I installed in my toolbar but never use. Oh look! A new webpage has popped up! On it, a recipe for single-serving peanut butter cake you mix and microwave in a minute. The chocolate:peanut butter ratio wasn’t quite right, and so I made the cake chocolate with a spoonful of cocoa. Chocolate chips are a must – they turn into gooey pockets of melted chocolate in the finished product. Butter or spray a ramekin, or do it right in a mug. It took mine a minute to cook, rather than 30 seconds. Note to self: pick up some vanilla ice cream. Two Minute Chocolate Peanut Butter Cakewith thanks to Cassie of Back to Her Roots! The Infamous Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip Cookies Now, I have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I swear by. I love it, I think it is incredible, and I haven’t changed my mind about that. However, as much as it pains me to say it, these chocolate chip cookies by Jacques Torres are absolutely, without a doubt, the best chocolate chip cookies that I have ever made or tasted in my entire life. I guess that’s why they call him Mr. Chocolate!

Cheddar bacon ranch pulls did just the trick. I ran across this recipe on Plain Chicken, and it's plain addictive -- she also refers to it as "crack bread." It's an easy way to spice up an otherwise standard meal or to wow company. It can be served as a bread course with dinner or as a nice hearty appetizer. I won't promise you that it's light, but I will promise that it will disappear.

Slow Cooker Apple Butter My poor Crock-Pot. Sitting neglected up in a cupboard for years at a time without so much as a glance. For all the time I spend stressing about what’s for dinner, you’d think it would have a prominent place on my countertop. I finally pulled it down a few weeks back and it hasn’t seen the cupboard since. I can’t keep it clean long enough to put it away! Anyway, on to the real topic of this post, and that is apple butter.

Salted Caramel Apple Pound Cake (And a Giveaway!) When life gives you left-over Salted Caramel Sauce, I say make pound cake! With fall teasing us in the Dallas area, the temperatures are fluctuating between 100 and 80, I find myself feeling very domestic. The cooler weather puts me in the mood to putter around the house organizing books, clearing out closets, and whipping up cozy treats in the kitchen. Usually during this time of year I would be baking fall fruit pies, as the cooler weather seems perfect for pie, but this year I have had my fill of pie.

10 Tasty Mug Cakes That You Can Make in Just Minutes By bellalimento | I’m sure you’ve heard of cakes that you make in a microwave in MINUTES. I have to admit the first time I saw a recipe for one I was skeptical. I mean how can you make a cake in just a few minutes in the microwave? So I set out to test the theory. Guess what? Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread How do you make bread even better? You stuff it with pepperoni and cheese. Then, you bake it in a bundt pan that allows you to pull off little chunks and dip them in pizza sauce. This is the perfect thing to bring to a party (and I did, where it disappeared quickly!) or to eat during a football game.
