& the feeling must go. & the feeling must go. “For FITC Amsterdam 2013, we created these titles based on the creative designed by mr Bradley G Munkowitz (aka GMUNK) Since Bradley was already working on the creative for the print campaign of FITC Amsterdam 2013, and we loved his design work, we decided to step in and give FITC a complete and cohesive visual package instead of visually creating something completely new or different. And so here it is.. our “Pyradical” main titles for FITC Amsterdam 2013. Pure disco!” Produced for FITC Amsterdam 2013. More info at

Ubersuper ~ Stuff I Like
Missouri has it fair share of insects and pests. Because of how wet and humid it gets, insects like cockroaches and silverfish find it a most suitable place to live. There’s also a lot of outdoor space with lakes and dense trees which are a perfect home for larger pests like raccoons and possums. When insects and rodents like these make their way into your home, it can mean disaster and often leads to an expensive cleanup. To keep pests and bugs out of your home and off your property, you need the help of a licensed and experienced St. Charles exterminator. Beautiful/Decay Cult of the Creative Arts Beautiful/Decay Cult of the Creative Arts For the artist Maria Raquel Cochez, her body is both her subject and medium; choosing to undergo and photograph 3 weight-loss surgery procedures, she catalogs a complex relationship with body image. For this series, titled “Life Performance,” and subsequent videos, paintings, and photographs, the artist courageously addresses the difficult ways in which women are expected to conform to physical ideals. For “Life Performance,” Cochez relinquishes all control, surrendering both her body and her camera, leaving others to cut, transform, and document her as she undergoes a breast reconstruction and implant and gastric bypass.
Junkculture French artist Abraham Poincheval has taken residence inside a hollowed out bear's body as part of an art performance piece titled "Dans La Peau de l'Ours" (Inside the Skin of the Bear) at the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature (Hunting and Wildlife Museum) in Paris. During the performance piece which ends April 13, Poincheval, equipped with water, food rations, and a lamp, will eat, sleep, and go to the bathroom inside the empty bear while being filmed by two cameras. “This transcendence between man and bears endures since the dawn of time,” Poincheval explains, “A profound symbolism has existed since prehistory, a symbolism that is still gripping the Western world’s imagination today.” Junkculture

[Mark Amerika / Immobilite, still] This edition of VagueTerrain showcases an intimate and phenomenological mobile art aesthetic unfolding in networked mobile performance and media art projects that utilise the potential of the latest smartphones, transforming and repurposing the device into a new collaborative medium for expression. Many mobile cinematic projects in the past valued poor image quality and low-resolution video on their phones for its immediacy, blurriness and pixelated imperfection – with low resolution holding its own beauty, value, and unique aesthetic. The aesthetic of this emerging mobile moving image medium, as with the early video cameras, has been one of rapidly improving image quality and developing photo and video editing applications.
