Mockingjay: The Final Book of The Hunger Games Audio Book

Mockingjay: The Final Book of The Hunger Games Audio Book
Customers Review – “Excellent End to the series” I found this to be a wonderful ending to this epic trilogy. It went on so many twists and turns that I had no idea where it would end up. I would guess what would happen next, and though I was right, the book would amp up what just happened to levels I wasn’t expecting. It is quite violent, but that’s the nature of the series, and I applaud it for being so gritty. All in all, this is a series that should be read. Publisher’s Summary Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. Still hungry? ©2010 Suzanne Collins (P)2010 Scholastic Audio What the Critics Say “At its best the trilogy channels the political passion of 1984, the memorable violence of A Clockwork Orange, the imaginative ambience of The Chronicles of Narnia and the detailed inventiveness of Harry Potter.” “Fans will be happy to hear that Mockingjay is every bit as complex and imaginative as Hunger Games and Catching Fire.” Play Sample or

Catching Fire Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins Audio Book 2 Customers Review – “Seamless continuation from previous title” One thing I must say between books 1 and books 2 of the Hunger Games books is how seamless they seem to flow into each other. As most would agree, the first Hunger Games was excellently put together so a continuation was very much welcomed. The narrator grew on me, she did a very good job voicing the different characters that are introduced (which were quite a few).

Game Of Thrones: Song Of Ice and Fire Audiobook Download Game of Thrones Customer Review – “Simply Outstanding.” Wow. George R. R. Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson Steelheart Customer Review “Graphic Novel Comes To Life!” – Steelheart was off to a bit of a slow start for me, but I’m really glad I hung in there. Insurgent: Divergent by Veronica Roth, Free AudioBook 2 Publisher’s Summary One choice can transform you – or it can destroy you. The Mortal Instruments City of Ashes Audio Book Customer Review – “Exciting” After I finished listening to City of Bones I couldn’t wait until book two, City of Ashes was released. To fully appreciate it, I re-listened to book one and then continued straight into book two. The first thing I noticed is the different narrator, which at first I thought would be an issue, but it wasn’t. Natalie Moore did a wonderful job and after only 15 minutes or so I forgot she was a different narrator. Sycamore Row Written by John Grisham Audio Book This is a Grisham book you don’t want to pass on. In the 90’s I loved reading his early works- The Firm, A Time to Kill, and The Pelican Brief, but slowly his books seemed to lose their luster. They’ve always been enjoyable to read, but not like his early writings I fell in love with.In Sycamore Row Grisham goes back to Clanton, Mississippi, the scene of A Time to Kill, and reconnects us with Jake Brigance, the struggling lawyer made famous by the Carl Lee Haley trial.

Divergent by Veronica Roth Free Audiobook Customer Review Great book! A “page” turner. Parts made me laugh, parts made me tense, all kept me engaged . A wild ride with a young woman who finds herself on a journey into a bizarre culture of separation. The Hobbit Audiobook Free Customer Review – “Absolutely the BEST” Rob Inglis’s narration is clear and crisp with characters finely enunciated–from the individual dwarfs to Bilbo, from Gandalf to the spiders and the dragon! This reading is better than any dramatization (although there are some good ones) because it combines the best of narration with the value of the unabridged text.

City of Fallen Angels: The Mortal Instruments, Audio Book 4 Publisher’s Summary City of Fallen Angels take up where City of Glass left off. With Valentine out of the way, Clary thought she and Jace could finally be together–but when someone starts murdering the Shadowhunters who used to be in Valentine’s Circle and leaving their bodies around New York City in a manner designed to destroy the new peace between Downworlders and Shadowhunters, she realizes the past can never be left entirely behind.
