OK, so that’s sort of a trick title. “How to Reheat King Crab” would be more accurate. In the U.S., almost all the King Crab you’ll find in stores is already cooked. (It’s caught, cooked, then blast frozen to preserve its fresh taste.) http://www.thehungrymouse.com/2011/07/09/how-to-cook-king-crab/

Perfect Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is my life. When I wake up, often around the time party animals on the west coast are just heading home, I start each day not with a cup of freshly brewed hot java, but with a tall, blessed glass of creamy iced coffee in a glass. I’ve been an iced coffee freakazoid for years and years. To say I couldn’t live without it is an understatement. It gives me the tools I need to cope. http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/06/perfect-iced-coffee/comment-page-7/#comments
Easy Raspberry Lemonade I just can’t get enough fresh lemonade in the summer. It’s so fun to make with my son, and so easy. I sit him on the counter and he helps squeeze the lemons. He loves to be “mommy’s little chef.”

The Ultimate Strawberry Lemonade

One of the first times I ever realized that – HEY! I can cook for myself! – was when I first learned to make lemonade.
Cut watermelon flesh into 2-inch chunks and discard rind. Purée one fourth of watermelon in a blender with 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 4 cups ice, and a pinch of salt. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, discarding solids. Make 3 more batches.

Brazilian Lemonade

This is my most favorite drink. Ever. Maybe I’d feel differently if I drank (as in alcohol), but there is nothing I love more than a warm, breezy afternoon and a pitcher of Brazilian lemonade. I didn’t try it for a long, long time because I was very put off by putting sweetened condensed milk in with citrus fruit. It seemed very wrong. And then I had some at Tucano’s and my life has not been the same since.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

I’m not sure why my tastebuds so closely associate lemon with spring – citrus is a winter fruit, after all, but its brightness I suppose reminds me of the sun coming out again. Lemon ricotta pancakes seem to be particularly springy – maybe because brunch becomes more common once the ground starts to thaw, with longer days, Easter and baby showers and people more eager to leave their houses and get together. Spring weekend mornings beg for pancakes.

Jamaican Banana Fritters - ThatsSoYummy.com

There’s a thing in my house that when you have ripe ol bananas either you make banana bread or banana fritters. These delicious tasty treats can be eaten morning, noon, or night, as a snack or as dessert. These fritters are so easy to make and will satisfy any craving you may have. So if you have a few of these bananas lying around your hose… don’t toss them, put them to GREAT use!
