Worksheets, Lesson Plans, Teacher Resources, and Rubrics from TeAch-nology.com Learn English for Free with elllo!

[QualityTime-ESL] : "Your English" Podcasts The complete list is given below. "Your English" podcasts are free English lessons with oral drills that will improve your spoken English dramatically—because they are "interactive", i.e. they will make you speak English! Patterns are given followed by "listen and repeat", "listen and transform" or "listen and answer", i.e. short sentences/expressions to repeat/complete or questions to answer. Please note that doing these drills orally in real-time is far more difficult than doing them as written exercises. In some cases you repeat sentences or phrases and in others you have to complete or transform sentences after hearing a stimulus. "Your English" podcasts are of mixed levels: Pre-Intermediate to Intermediate (PI-I: A2-B1), Intermediate (I: B1-B2), Intermediate to Advanced (I-A: B2-C1), Advanced (A: C1-C2). Remember that doing these drills orally in real-time is far more difficult than doing the same drills as written exercises. Your English 02 "My Life" (PI-I: A2-B1) - Free transcript

Randall's ESL Vocabulary Quizzes Randall's ESL Vocabulary Quizzes Each listening activity on this Web site has a variety of vocabulary quizzes to help students review and improve their listening and speaking skills (see detailed description HERE). Although I suggest students complete the discussion, listening, and vocabulary practice first, students can also go directly to the vocabulary quizzes below for practice. You will find a link to the listening activity and direct links to the quizzes below. The quizzes have been arranged by level, but this is based the condition that students have already completed the entire listening activity and reviewed the vocabulary. Homework Sheet - Vocabulary (www.esl-lab.com) This sheet (in PDF or Word format) can be used to write down new vocabulary and their definitions from the vocabulary exercises on this site, and students are encouraged to then write sample sentences for each word as a way of learning how to use the vocabulary in context Christmas is Coming! Happy Birthday!
