They respond to just about any type of training, as long as it's hard and as long as it's not the same damn thing you've always done. That's the beauty of density training: It's a whole lot of stuff you haven't tried yet. And best of all, it'll hit your major muscles in a fraction of the time. Instead of counting reps and sets, you'll focus on the total amount of work you can accomplish in a fixed amount of time. As you progress, you'll naturally increase your sets and reps, be able to use more weight, and perform exercises that are more challenging. Unsure what exercises you should focus on?

THE PLAN: Do three density workouts a week, with at least 1 day off in between. Pushup Assume a pushup position, with your hands slightly beyond shoulder-width apart, feet together, and body in a straight line from head to ankles. It’s such a crushing emotion capable to raise you from the gutter and put you at the top. These “hungry” people are rare and more often than not – extremely successful. When you feel that need for something it brings energy, ideas, plans and actions to acquire it. Motivation is divided in two: intrinsic (internal) and extrinsic (external). The external is easy – it’s about outer factors that may have influence on you like talking with inspiring people, listening to music, watching motivational movies/videos, reading books, autobiographies, quotes, and etc. The internal one on the other hand is quite interesting and much more powerful. After all, what’s the point of living average??

It’s All In Your Head: How to Take Advantage of Neuroplasticity

Do you find fault with most aspects of your life? Do you talk to others like that? Would let anyone talk to you like that? When we stop to listen to what our minds are telling us, it’s shocking to realize how much of it is negative. “Your beliefs become your thoughts,Your thoughts become your words,Your words become your actions,Your actions become your habits,Your habits become your values,Your values become your destiny.”― Mahatma GandhiTweet The concept of this emerging field of science is called neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. These changes are seen in many areas of the brain including the anterior cingulate cortex and the amygdala. What’s most important is that the brain is constantly rewiring itself. “Don’t believe everything you think.”Tweet 1) Awareness Recognize your negative thoughts. 5) Check out one of these books:
