The place that started it all was a local Chinese buffet here in Michigan. After frequent visits to the buffet over the years, I finally decided to take a stab at cooking my own Chinese dishes at home. Hedgehog Rolls. Now it’s time for you to admire how lovely does a hedgehog look… in the kitchen. This roll, made of bread dough, with little creation, may look like a hedgehog. I got it from their website a while back when they posted it for a short time! As I’ve mentioned to you all recently, I am pregnant and due in September.
