Hanging String Balls Whattya need? BalloonStringScissorsGlueJar How do I make glue string balls? Step 1: Hang inflated balloon from ceiling. Tinted Mason Jars in Rainbow I love using mason jars for decorating and a seemingly endless supply of craft projects. But rainbow tinted mason jars, just like the vintage ones you can never find anymore? This one might be my favorite project with mason jars yet! Mason Jars Mod Podge in Gloss (buy it here) Food coloring Ramekins to mix colors Newspaper or paper bag DIY Idea: Rainbow Melted Crayon Art & Man Made DIY Artist and designer Jessica Kerbawy creates these amazing rainbow wall art pieces by gluing a spectrum of crayons on foam core, and then strategically melting them with a heat gun. The paper wrappers are left atop, with the remains of the colored wax dripping down. Though it may look like something you've seen before, I find these to be pretty clever and unique, and an update on the playing with melted wax and rainbow techniques. Jessica's prices are actually incredibly reasonable, between $25 and $75 depending on the size. But, it's also something you could try yourself, especially now that it's back-to-school season, and large boxes of crayons will be on sale.

On the Cheap: Scrapbook Paper iPhone Covers I found this clever trick on Pinterest the other week from Oops I Craft My Pants and had to try it for myself: iPhone covers using scrapbook paper! Now when I had my first cell phone in high school (the old Nokia), I probably had about 15 different cell phone covers that I would switch out to match my clothes everyday! I figure this scrapbook paper iPhone phone cover is an easy way to update my phone without spending all the cash! First thing I did was purchase a couple sheets of scrapbook paper from Michael’s. I also purchased a clear iPhone 4 cover from Best Buy. You could really purchase any cheap clear phone cover, but I wanted one with protective rubber sides since I’m a klutz and always drop my phone!

How to Make a Chandelier (Part 2 (With Friends)) I'm not going to lie to you, this chandelier is both time + labor intensive. However, we worked assembly line style + were able to finish 4 chandeliers that night. 1. Tear off your wax paper into long pieces. We used 2 - 2.5 foot pieces. Anthro-Inspired Mirror You all know we love a good Anthropologie knockoff around here – so a couple of days ago when I was browsing online I came across this mirror. Oh I definitely need that. Hold the presses – did that say $498??? Huh.

Gift Ideas for Poor Creative Souls (10) Posted by: Cathy on May 22, 2012 Tagged in: Untagged I just loved this Paint swatch chandelier! What a wonderful idea and those paint swatches you can pick up for free. You can use an old lampshade and use the frame or pick up an old one from the thrift store. You can also purchase them new in art and crafts shops but recycling makes this project more fun. DIY Party Animal Candles Hi there, it’s Jenny from Hank + Hunt with a fun and super easy diy today! As soon as I thought of making these I got a huge kick out of naming them Party Animals. Hilarious, but if you hear groaning…it’s coming from my house. Regardless of how cheesy the name is, these turn out awesome.
