Conformément à notre mission de protection animale, nous en informons les autorités vétérinaires et demandons aux élevages de corriger la situation. En réponse, les deux exploitants assignent L214 en justice, au motif que les images ont été obtenues sans autorisation. Juillet : la justice tranche… en faveur des éleveurs. Pourtant, des rapports d’inspection vétérinaire font eux-mêmes état de non-conformités.
