Coconut milk, coconut oil, whipped coconut cream, vegan ice cream with coconut milk, piña coladas, chocolate coconut cups, and so on and on and on… It is fair to say I go through more coconut milk, coconut oil, shredded coconut and coconut chips than I actually care to admit. When I stumbled upon this recipe on The Kitchn, I realized right away it was right up my alley, but of course, I of course tweaked it a little to add in even more coconut goodness.

Ich könnte sie wirklich überall rein mixen, unterrühren und hinein kochen. Smoothies und Smoothie Bowls verleiht sie eine wunderbare Cremigkeit. Kokosmilch ist für mich eine absolutes Must Have in der Küche, nicht nur wegen des Geschmacks sondern auch wegen ihrer Vielseitigkeit. Aus dem abgesetzten Kokosfett kannst Du eine passable vegane Sahne aufschlagen und aus der Kokosmilch lässt sich sehr leckerer veganer Kokosjoghurt machen.

Für mich ist sie der perfekte Ersatz wenn ich keine Kuhmilch verwenden möchte. Feigensirup 4 reife Feigen 4 Esslöffel Wasser Die Feigen putzen und in Stücke schneiden.
