Fuzzy Tote
This has quickly become my favorite DIY project. I made it and planned my whole outfit around it the next day. Yes, that means that I broke out the fur in August. And yes, some find this seasonally offensive. My Boss: “You shouldn’t wear fur!!!!” Me: “Don’t worry, it’s faux.”

With Valentine's day less than a week away I decided it was time for another heart inspired jewelry diy. The inspiration for this project came from the candy heart bracelet that I recently made. I am a huge fan of hearts so this is a fun piece to wear all year round.
Chain Friendship Bracelets
With the weather warming up, all I want to do is make summery bracelets – for myself and all of my friends. For the past few weeks I’ve been playing with rope and chain in attempt to make the “perfect” friendship bracelet, and I think that these come close. They are fun and easy to make, though it takes a bit of practice and patience at first.
DIY: How to Make a Rolled-Magazine Clutch
I'm a huge fan of kitschy, unconventional accessories — almost to a fault. From glitter clutches to owl purses, I like pieces that command attention just because someone had the guts to design them into reality. Christopher Kane and Kate Spade are two designers I admire in this department, they are a reminder that the fashion world doesn't have to be serious and highbrow all the time—there is room for a bit of fun and whimsy. When I first saw Kate Spade's "Charm-Travel Magazine" clutch, I knew I wanted to figure out a way to make it my own with a vintage magazine cover. British Vogue's magazine archives has an incredible library of old covers spanning from the 1800s to today, (Good luck spending less than 20 minutes in there.) Flipping through the decades of beautiful covers, it was fascinating to see how the magazine has grown and evolved over a century.

Triple Ball Chain Bracelet
After last week’s bracelet DIY, I thought it would be fun to do another summery bracelet. Blue Flower Earrings & Rings DIY
Every summer for the past 8 or 9 years, my family and I have spent time with our friends from Idaho. They have two girls around my age and a boy that gets along well with my brother, so times are always crazy when the nine of us are all together. Yesterday was not only my last day of work and also the day that we met up with them! It's so exciting to see them again! There has already been a ton of laughter. Last year, I had the opportunity to travel with them to many countries in Europe.
DIY Woven Chain Bracelet

We adore Aurèlie Bidermann‘s Do Brazil bracelets and thought it was about time we graduate to the ultimate “grown-up” friendship bracelet. With a curb chain bracelet and some embroidery thread, we’ll teach you how to make your own woven chain bracelet.
Studded Leather Bag
What you’ll need: Victim bag, Conical Studs (buy here or ebay), sharp scalpel, metal ruler or butterknife to bend prongs, and about 3 movies to watch while studding. Stud away! I’m not really going to instruct people exactly how to stud, it’s the easiest thing since peeing in your pants.

I found a bag in this great color on Net-a-Porter. I loved it, but it was way out of my budget. So I decided to make my version, with off course a little twist of my own. On the right you see the bag I found for just one Euro at the thrift store. On the left you see thee paint I used.
