Easy DIY: Leather and Chain “Braid” Wrap Bracelet  One of the things I love the most about jewelry making is that it can be as easy–or as involved–as you want. Inspired by the many different versions of DIY wrap bracelets that are making the rounds, I set out to make my own with leftover chain and natural leather for an interesting contrast. How easy was this project? My DIY wrap bracelet took me about 10 minutes to make from start to finish! Leftover chain from the blue suede bracelet (instructions to come) was used in the natural leather wrap bracelet.

Feeling geometric Good evening! My hex nut jewellery has been neglected in the past few days, even weeks, but now I got back to it. I decided to make a very basic geometric form: 9 small brass hex nuts which are held together by small gold plated jump rings. It looks quite massive n the picture, but because it's the smallest size of hex nuts, it is actually quite discreet. Here is another front view:

V and Co how to: jersey knit bracelet i don't know what it is about this time of year that makes me just want to have my bare feet in the sand, be watching the sun setting into the ocean, and breathing in the warm salty air of the i get older, more and more i find myself missing that place i used to go to almost as a teen. (my skin doesn't miss it. as a matter of fact, i now wish i listened more and DID put SPF on my face...hindsight is 20/20). my mom calls me from her walk on the beach almost every morning...*sigh*yeah, i get a little homesick around this time of the year. heck on my pinterest my "dreaming of summer" has the most pictures in it. ah yes. i miss my ocean. case in point. this bracelet, brought a flood of memories, not because i used to have one like it but because i can totally see me wearing it by the beach, not caring that it's gotten salty and wet, because i can totally make another one in like less than 5 minutes flat when i get home. *sigh*

DIY Ombre Fishtail Friendship Bracelet Tutorial I love friendship bracelets. They're one of the first crafty things that I ever learnt to make as a kid and they make me rather nostalgic. The fab Mollie Makes magazine did an issue about friendship bracelets a while back and flicking through recently, I got a little inspired and decided to make up my own design and tutorial, so I present to you my Ombre Fishtail-Braid Friendship Bracelet! I say this every time I write a tutorial (which is rarely), but I'm fairly new at it, so apologies if large portions of this don't make a lot of sense!
