Online Audio Editor TwistedWave is a browser-based audio editor. You only need a web browser to access it, and you can use it to record or edit any audio file. All the audio is stored and processed on the server, so you don't need to download anything, or save your work when you are done. Close your browser window and your work is saved. Open TwistedWave somewhere else, and all your audio files, with the complete undo history, are still available. How to Find Anything Online: Become an Internet Research Expert Einstein once said, “The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.” The same could be said of intelligence. What they don’t tell you is that the “smart” people of the world are, in most cases, just better at researching and learning things than everyone else. But researching is a learned skill, not something you’re born with.
Free Music Archive What's A Music License? Put simply, a license is an agreement between a music creator or their representative (such as a record label) and someone who wants to use their music (at an establishment, in a broadcast or other program, or in a film, for example). There is no standard licensing fee or rate; license rates are often agreed upon by the artist and the licensor on an individual basis. Some artists, such as Kevin Macleod, offer standard licenses online for using their works beyond the scope of the Creative Commons license already on their work. Music licensing is intended to ensure that the artists are fairly compensated for certain uses of their work. Since the Free Music Archive doesn't own copyright to the songs on our site, we can't license them to you for commercial, private or other use.
The Best Places To Get Royalty-Free Music & Sound Effects Now that my students are getting more comfortable making online slideshows, they’re also getting more interested in including music (and sound effects) into their creations. Some of the online slideshow sites listed in The Best Ways To Create Online Slideshows already have music that can easily be incorporated into user-created slideshows, but with Flowgram you have to upload your own. There are quite a few sites with royalty-free music available, and a great resource to identify a bunch of them is Mathew Needleman’s Royalty Free Music And Images post. However, I’m also looking for the easiest and most accessible sites that can be used by an English Language Learner or anyone who is not particularly tech-savvy. So I’ve pulled a few from Mathew’s list, and also included several additional ones.

The five shot method for shooting video > Mindy McAdams In the standard way to teach video shooting, students are instructed to shoot "wide, medium, tight." That means: For each subject of interest, get one shot that's far away enough to show everything (wide); get a second shot that is close enough to see what's going on (medium); get a third shot that's very close (tight). Beginners can follow these instructions, but the results are not always good.
Royalty Free Stock Music and Sound Effects NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) just took place in Las Vegas, and that means new releases are coming from a variety of vendors in production and post production. One I’ve been anticipating is the update to the Creative Cloud suite of applications. In particular, I am excited for the new features in Premiere Pro CC 8. Within the next update of Premiere Pro, editors will have access to tools, functions, and more that will allow them to be more effective and efficient.
ccCommunity The "Enchanted Forest" of Rod Hamilton and Tiffany Seal is a many-splendored listen. Each track has its own texture and unique flow. The opening, title track introduces the album in a calming, meditative way, but the rest of the album veers from that path often, to introduce new sonic landscapes. "Know Your Birds" helps you learn to identify birdcalls. "Tryptic Dance" trots along with arpeggiating synths, drum machines, and live-looped marimba to encourage trancelike listening, and then hits you with a synth solo that is as unexpected as it is appropriate, it flits around the track with the random calculations of a moth circling a flame. "Orange Sunshine" brings the album full circle, ending in a place that is similar to where it began.
