Ingredients 1 green pepper/ 1 πράσινη πιπεριά 1 red pepper/ 1 κόκκινη πιπεριά 1 yellow pepper/ 1 κίτρινη πιπεριά 2 zucchini/ 2 κολοκυθάκια 20 cherry tomatoes/ 20 ντοματίνια 2tbsp grapeseed oil/ 2 κ.σ. λάδι 1 garlic clove/ 1 σκελίδα σκόρδο 1 lemon/ χυμό από 1 λεμόνι 1tsp veggie powder seasoning/ 1 κ.γ. σκόνη ζωμού λαχανικών salt&pepper to taste/ αλατοπίπερο 4tbsp balsamic glaze [sweetened with grape juice NOT sugar]/ 4 κ.σ. κρέμα μπαλσάμικο 1 cup dry whole grain spelt couscous/ 1 κούπα ξερό κουκους [ιδανικά ντινκελ ολικής άλεσης] First chop veggies and mix with oil.
