Cauliflower Crust Spinach White Pizza Habit is powerful: things are done a certain way because that’s how they’ve been done before, and because that’s the way the people expects them. Such as pizza. Since you were 5 you’ve been told that pizza is basically bread with tomato sauce and cheese on it, and maybe some other stuff. Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe Method 1 Beat the butter until creamy, 2 minutes. Add the sugars, beat for 2 more minutes. Mix in the peanut butter and egg. Eons ago, I happened to spot some "white slabs" sitting next to my all time favorite Paneer, in the aisle of the grocery store I frequented. See, I was this good girl who went shopping for my mom during the weekends, all on my own, so that my mom can relax her feet. At times I used to buy other stuff that caught my fancy apart from the list my mom provided. So on this particular day, this packet with something called as "tofu", went into my basket.

dara (Raleigh, NC)'s review of Eating Animals This isn't as much of a review of Jonathan Safran Foer's latest book as it is a reaction to it--a reaction to the reactions of others, even. The title of this book garners a reaction from people who haven't read it and who may never read it. Just carry Eating Animals around for a few days and you'll understand. Cauliflower Crust Pizza This is the best invention ever: Cauliflower Crust Pizza. Yes, you heard that right… pizza crust made out of cauliflower. I saw it on Beth’s blog, and she got the idea from a friend who got the idea from a low-carb bulletin board. It’s apparently been an idea that has been floating around for a while, but I’ve just gotten wind of it and I’m sure glad I did.
Jamaican Rice and Peas (Coconut Rice and Beans) Recipe The chile is cooked whole with the rice and is there just for a bit of flavor. It doesn't make the rice hot at all, as it stays whole and you discard it at the end. Method Spinach Tofu Patties I love vegetarian burgers because they're usually packed with lots of vegetables and other yummy ingredients, and there are so many ways to enjoy them - you can put them in between a bun and dress them up with your favourite toppings, but they are often just as good or even better on their own, without the bun! These patties definitely fit into the latter category. They are so flavourful that I preferred to just eat them with a fork rather than hiding them in a bun underneath other toppings. The patties themselves are actually made with tofu, but you would probably never guess just by looking at them (and you could probably serve these to a tofu-hater without them knowing either!) They are also filled with spinach and asian flavours like sesame oil and soy sauce.
