Vous avez deviné : je pars en Grèce (comme tout le monde). Plus que deux jours pour boucler mes valises, en tâchant de n'oublier ni les kilos de livres que j'ai prévu d'avaler sur la plage, ni le tapis de yoga sur lequel je vais enchaîner les asanas chaque matin (dans mes rêves). En attendant de vous retrouver à la rentrée avec une grosse surprise, je vous laisse donc avec ma super recette passe-partout des vacances : la tarte à la tomate. Un grand classique revisité par mes soins avec une fine couche de poudre d'amandes à la levure maltée pour absorber l'excedent de jus et l'imprégner d'un petit parfum fromager - et quelques graines de tournesol torréfiées.

Pas grand chose en apparence, mais en fait ça change tout vous verrez. Comptez 10 à 15 minutes de prépa (les enfants peuvent faire la pâte et/ou l'étaler pendant que vous sortez l'apéro), 20 de cuisson (pendant que vous prenez l'apéro) et hop, à table !
