Loaded Baked Potato Dip with Homemade Chips Recipes from The Kitchn I originally tested this recipe with homemade potato skins, but they were a bit flimsy for the super thick dip. Oven-baked potato chips turned out to be a delicious choice, having enough strength to hold up while still providing a perfect base for loaded baked potato flavor. Don't worry though, if you are short on time, store bought potato chips are plenty good. Original Lay's were too weak for the dip, but both Pringles "Ultimate" Ridges and Lay's Thick Cut Sea Salted worked great.

I don’t recall the source because I certainly didn’t bookmark it {big smile}. The author would have convinced me to negate homemaking as a career if I wasn’t already a homemaker and hadn’t experienced the truth and fineness of homemaking first hand. I believe these myths are worth airing out in the open once again.

Technology has leveled the playing field so that anybody with an interest and an internet connection can receive a world class education.

Roasted Broccoli Recipe Kids don’t usually beg for broccoli, at least not the kids I know. So I was quite pleasantly surprised when my goddaughter Piper and her sisters Alden and Reilly not only raved about roasted broccoli, but insisted on making a batch for me during a recent visit. We sort of threw it together and the oven wasn’t working very well, so that particular incarnation of roasted broccoli wasn’t a raging success, but it was eaten with great enthusiasm nonetheless. Now home with a more reliable oven, I’ve recreated what I think the girls were trying to achieve.
