Most people take vacations in the summer, or they slow down and spend more time relaxing, but I’ve done the opposite. I’ve been been working as a Coaching Circle Coach for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for most of the summer, and although I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it, I’m now behind on a few things, including my blog. I hope to spend September catching up.
