(CNN) -- Following the preliminary hearing of a Georgia father accused of allowing his child to die in a hot car, most legal experts agree that the prosecution will likely upgrade the charges to malice murder after the case is presented to a grand jury. Morality Play

In each case, you will be asked to make a judgment about what is the morally right thing to do. When you have answered all the questions, you will be presented with an analysis of your responses that should reveal some interesting things about your moral framework and how it compares to others who have completed the activity. Before starting Morality Play, it is important to bear the following in mind: At no time in the activity will your responses to the moral dilemmas be judged to be 'correct' or 'incorrect'. You should respond with what you think is the morally right thing to do, which may not be the same as what you would actually do. 10 More Moral Dilemmas

At the end of last December, I posted a list of another 10 dilemmas. By the comments submitted, I realize many did not feel that they had sufficient debatable merit. Therefore, I have posted 10 more, which I think will be more thought provoking and agonizing than my first list. Please tell us what you would do in each scenario via comments. Doctor’s Sick Patients You are a very skilled doctor with five dying patients, each of whom needs a different organ in order to live. A: Wait for the patient to die and then harvest his organs or b: Save the patient even though the other patients won’t get organs. If you chose to administer the medicine, would you still do so even if the medicine will not cure the patient, but, instead, delay his death to some short term future date or time after the five patients will have died?
