Basically all you need to do is take a pile of the eye shadow (crush it up into a powder) then pour a few drops of clear nail varnish on top. Mix it together and what do you know?! You've got a new nail varnish! You don't necessarily have to have broken eye shadow to do this either. I've found it works well with loose pigments (you can get some truly stunning nail varnishes from these!)
