Hasselback Garlic Cheesy Bread

Hasselback Garlic Cheesy Bread
Hasselback Garlic Cheesy Bread First thing: this Calphalon Giveaway ends on Friday! Enter enter enter! Second thing: this bread is the bomb. Last week, I got some evil Kerrygold Samples in the mail. Basically, it was a box filled with cheese and butter. Aw, shucks. What is a girl to do? To prevent myself from inhaling it all in a 24 hour period, I put some in the freezer, but then immediately thought of this bread I’ve been wanting to make. They hang out in my booty. {TMI? This bread is the very reason why I run. And believe it or not, this is super simple to make! So, that’s all the info you need to know, m’kay? First thing you’re going to want to do is grab all your ingredients. Into a mixer bowl, add in your water, yeast and honey. Once your yeast has gotten foamy, stir in the salt and the flour in 1/4 cup increments. One hour later, I got me some purdy lookin’ dough! Punch that dough down and divide into two equal balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes. Hello, lover.

Smoky Sweet Potato Burgers with Roasted Garlic Cream and Avocado Before we talk burgers, let me tell you what I’m doing. I’m eating some blueberry yogurt pretzels (which are oh-so awesome… but would be even awesomer if they were really coated in yogurt and not white chocolate disguised as yogurt) and drinking a san pellgrino aranciata that is spiked with um… vodka, malibu and tequila. With those pretty perfectly square ice cubes. I know. I just couldn’t decide! Cheesy Garlic Biscuits a la Red Lobster – Step by Step Easy Recipe I posted about these amazingly delicious biscuits in September, but the post isn’t very complete, I didn’t give you my actual recipe, and the picture is somewhat lacking. So I decided to take pictures when I made them last weekend and give you a play-by-play with photos. So here’s the copycat recipe for Cheddar Bay Biscuits (I think that’s what they’re called at Red Lobster, yes?) (One note, I doubled the recipe, so the pictures show twice as much stuff as what I’m telling you.)

Fail-Proof Pizza Dough and Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks {just like in restaurants!} Fail-Proof Pizza Dough and Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks {just like in restaurants!} Are you all addicted to pizza as much as I am? Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls If you happen to read MBA on a regular basis, you may remember me discussing my fear of yeast and my attempt to conquer that fear with the help of Amber from Bluebonnets and Brownies. Well since that post a couple of months back, I have been a bread baking fool and no longer doubt myself in the yeast department. In fact, I probably have more bread baking supplies and tools than some bakeries and with that came a serious addiction to the King Arthur Flour website. Since I’m no longer a yeast novice, you can imagine how excited I am to flaunt my newly developed skills for this week’s Holiday Recipe Exchange sponsored by Red Star Yeast. As soon as we gained Red Star Yeast as a sponsor, I knew exactly what I was going to make – Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls.

If you have some hanging around your freezer, you can whip these up in a jiffy.

Look Who's Cooking Too: Pin it Forward UK and the 1-minute chocolate chip cookie (in a mug) I'm assuming most of you know about Pinterest already? For those of you who don't, its this amazing platform for collecting and organising the things you love, or are interested in by "pinning" them. I first came across Pinterest on one of my random blog stats check where I saw a lot of traffic form the site. Suspicious and a bit worried really, I checked out the site and couldn't make head or tail of it at one look. Spent a couple of hours reading up and doing some research and I was hooked.
