Having worked in the Mobile Phone Industry I decided to redesign the interface of the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) that we used. The problem with the current CRM System is the layout. It is unorganised and doesnt have a natural flow. There are usually multiple ways to acomplish something, the express way and the traditional way. I wanted to design a simple easy to use system that would replace the current CRM and speed up workflow, save time, and require no expertise to use. I wanted to experiment with the use of Flat colours as it has been widely used in websites and the Android OS and it has proven to be effective and visually pleasing.
