Anywayyy... Lately I have feeling a little irritated by the cabinet underneath our kitchen sink... I mean, its not terrible (especially not in comparison to my previously awful bathroom cabinet)... just a little jumbled & in need of some organization. You can't really tell, but that bucket on the left is full of "stuff"... rags, sponges, brush refills, etc. Annoying to find stuff in especially while doing an already not fun task like the dishes! Keep Electronic Cords Hidden - Poofy Cheeks. Do you ever notice yourself living with something that is broken or hideous and even though you know it is a quick and easy fix you avoid the job?

Either way today I tackled the job and it took me less than thirty minutes to hide all the cords that were spewing out from underneath the television dresser. I'm currently working on a pathway around my house and wanted something heavier and more decorative than the pavers available at the outdoor center. My rental apartment bathroom has this old vanity with very dated knobs that I really didn't like.
I didn't want to spend a lot of money replace them so I opted to make my own with dollar store stones! Turns out is was very easy to do. These are the original knobs that I removed by simply unscrewing them. Since I'm a renter, I'll just hold on to them until I move out and put them back. I used river stones from the dollar store and selected ones that had a flat surface on one side. I sanded the back of the stone to add more grip for the glue. I used epoxy glue to attach the bronze caps nuts in the center of the stone.
I let the glue dry and then used bolts to attache them to the drawer. How to build your own rustic kitchen sink base country diy. I knew from the minute I laid eyes on it that it would become our kitchen sink and that I would be building a custom kitchen sink base for it!
