Students have fun playing our games: they get to experience many civic roles, and are given the agency to address real-world issues. Teachers are fast adopting iCivics into their practice – and they tell us why. Our resources are reliable, and add value to their teaching. Today, iCivics is a large and enthusiastic community of educators, spanning 50 states. We are used by over 110,000 teacher-users. Most importantly, our resources are completely free. We are consistently supported by good evidence. Even more promising: over half the students that play our games in school, when assigned as homework, play them again at home – and this, unprompted.
