Met Film School - Documentary Courses The Met Film School is London's leading provider of practical filmmaking courses, based in Ealing Studios. About our Documentary Courses: Documentary filmmaking is a genre that calls upon a filmmaker's ability to tell an interesting visual and narrative story, whilst relaying truthful and accurate information. Subsequently it defines its own set of learning criteria that is both complimentary to and distinct from other areas of filmmaking. We offer students the option to study documentary both as a standalone eight-week course or as part of our one-year and BA programmes. In all instances, students will be given the opportunity to make their own short documentary film. So whether you are just starting out as a documentary filmmaker, or you have relevant experience and are hoping to develop your skills further, we have a study programme to suit you.
