We're not saying these are the unluckiest people in history; we realize the world is full of starving children and cancer victims. But sometimes you see people who have weird, one-in-a-million instances of bad luck, often over and over again, and you can't help but wonder if they didn't piss off a Gypsy at some point. digg 1. Mystery Spot Mystery Sport is a tourist attraction near Santa Cruz, California, famous because of its disrespect to the laws of physics and gravity. The odd cabin, although seems like lying on flat ground, makes those who enter inside swinging all the time.

Who doesn’t believe that God has created images of Paradise here in this world? I believe, if one wishes to get the glimpse of the heavenly glory, then they better start discovering the world and they shall see for themselves. Happy New Year! For the last five years, I've been traveling the world full-time, and for less money than I've ever spent (and I'd wager less money than most people would spend) to live in one place. My worldly possessions fit into one bag (just larger than carry-on size) and a backpack containing my laptop and computer gear. This small entourage (weighing less than 45 pounds in total) comes with me as I wander around the world, sometimes quickly, but mostly slowly. (See also: 5 Best Travel Rewards Credit Cards )
While I hope they’re working out the physics, the gear they’re using is designed to take far worse beatings than this in rock climbing falls. There’s no upward limit to how far a person could fall on a dynamic climbing rope without it absorbing the fall because the longer the fall, the more rope their is to stretch out and eat the shock. I do so hope that the park doesn’t outlaw this kind of behavior. deepskyfrontier, 1 year ago Reply

These vivid color photos taken during the Great Depression and World War II capture an era generally seen only in black-and-white. Photographers working for the United States Farm Security Administration (FSA) and later the Office of War Information (OWI) created the images between 1939 and 1944. The FSA/OWI pictures depict life in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, with a focus on rural areas and farm labor, as well as aspects of World War II mobilization, including factories, railroads, aviation training, and women working. The original images are color transparencies ranging in size from 35 mm to 4-by-5 inches.
