On December 18th, Anonymous posted a video on YouTube which refers to an officer involved shooting which took place in the city last year. The shooting occurred on June 8, 2011: Officer John Moody and a 2nd officer stopped parolee Ernest Duenez Jr. which ended with Duenez being shot multiple times and killed. It took the district attorney's office 18 months to clear the officers of any wrongdoing. In the meantime, the two officers involved were given a restraining order against the deceased man's brother who had been heckling them on the street. Days after the officers were cleared of any wrongdoing, an attorney for the Duenez family released the dash cam video of the incident, which is now on YouTube [warning graphic].
