We will notify all applicants on or around May 1, 2017. I’m an undergraduate currently in the process of applying to grad school. Am I eligible for a PhD Scholarship? Absolutely! You can apply even if you haven’t selected a graduate school yet. I have participated in other IHS programs. As a previous participant in IHS programs you can actually apply for the renewable Humane Studies Fellowship that awards up to $15,000 a year. I am working on my doctorate in the hard sciences. If you can demonstrate how your research will advance to the principles of a free society, you should definitely apply. Programs. Michel Special Project Grants effective June 1, 2013. Each year, the Friends of the Princeton University Library offer short-term Library Research Grants to promote scholarly use of the research collections.
These Library Research Grants, which have a value of up to $4,000 plus transportation costs, are meant to help defray expenses incurred in traveling to and residing in Princeton during the tenure of the grant. The length of the grant will depend on the applicant’s research proposal, but is ordinarily up to one month. Library Research Grants awarded in this academic year are tenable from May 2017 to April 2018, and the deadline for applications is January 31, 2017. Christopher Reynolds Foundation, Inc. Fellowships - American Academy of Arts & Sciences. The Academy sponsors four fellowship programs: the Visiting Scholars Program for the humanities and social sciences, the Hellman Fellowship in Science and Technology Policy, a Policy Fellowship in the Humanities, the Arts, and American Institutions, and a Policy Fellowship in Global Security and International Affairs.
Visiting Scholars Program The Visiting Scholars Program provides residential fellowships for junior faculty members and postdoctoral scholars in the humanities and social sciences. Hellman Fellowship in Science and Technology Policy The Hellman Fellowship in Science and Technology Policy provides an opportunity for an early-career professional with training in science or engineering to learn about a career in public policy and administration. Predoctoral, Dissertation, and Postdoctoral fellowships will be awarded in a national competition administered by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine on behalf of the Ford Foundation. Dissertation Fact Sheet. The 2016 Ford Foundation Dissertation Fellowship competition is scheduled to open in September 2015.
This year the program will award approximately 36 dissertation fellowships.
