Have you ever wanted that this would be a floating island, allowing you could travel in style to any part of the world you wanted?

Portable 12V Air Conditioner --Cheap and easy!

http://www.instructables.com/id/Portable-12V-Air-Conditioner---Cheap-and-easy!/ This project is my dad's $10 solution to a $500 solution to a $25,000 problem. As I have previously mentioned around the site, my Dad owns an electric 1979 Ford Courier pickup, and is cool enough to let me drive it around. We absolutely love it, and wouldn't trade it for a Tesla Roadster, but one of the few problems with electric cars is heating and cooling. In a gas car, heat is provided by the 80% of the gas that is wasted as heat, and air conditioning is provided by a crankshaft-driven compressor system. Many EVs use hair dryer elements and fans for heat, and some, ours included, feature a powerful gasoline-burning heater. (Update from 4-22-08: I'd forgotten that I mentioned the gas heater on here.

I've blogged before about my struggles with a post-baby body . Even though that was in February and my son is now 6 months old, I continue to have body image issues. The tradeoff is worth it, but it's still hard for me to accept that my body will probably never again look like it did before I had 2 children. One area that's particularly frustrating is my belly. And judging from comments and questions I see on SparkPeople's Message Boards, I'm not alone. Every day there are lots of people (mostly women) asking how they can flatten their tummies.

Retro Game Master/ Gamecenter CX

Decided I should showcase this series, GameCenter CX (ゲームセンターCX), is a Japanese television series where Shinya Arino, a member of comedy duo Yoiko, plays Japan's most popular video games (a majority of which are Family Computer/Nintendo games) and records his progress as he works through a time limit, usually lasting up to one day. He is supported by his Assistant Directors and Staff, both via moral support and actual gameplay.
February 17, 2010 by zbeads Bebeadeds! In about 2001, I started messing around with beaded beads – seed beads stitched onto round wooden beads (which I call Bebeadeds, because, you know, I have to have a “clever” name for everything I make.) I got the idea from a necklace in one of Sybille Jargstorf’s Bohemian Glass books. It was made of 5 or so differently colored beaded beads.
