Under the framework of the European Commission’s Safer Internet Programme, Insafe and INHOPE work together to deliver a safer and better internet. The two networks promote safe, responsible use of the internet and mobile devices to children, young people and families as well as working to identify and remove illegal content online, across Europe and beyond. Through a network of Safer Internet Centres (SICs), typically comprising an awareness centre, helpline, hotline and youth panel, children and young people, and their parents, carers and teachers, can access information, advice, support and resources, or indeed report any illegal content they encounter online. 28 Mar ’13 E-prasmju nedēļa noslēgusies E-prasmju nedēļā 2013 iespēju apgūt informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju sniegtās iespējas izmantojuši 42 690 iedzīvotāji visā Latvijā, līdz ar to Latvija jau ceturto gadu pēc kārtas ir viena no aktīvākajām nedēļas dalībniece. E-prasmju nedēļa norisinājās visā Latvijā un tajā piedalījās 114 novadi un pilsētas. Medierådet for Børn og Unge vurderer film og videoer for at beskytte børn og unge. Medierådet sætter så at sige samfundets officielle grænser for, hvad mindre børn bør se af levende billeder. Samtidig fungerer Medierådet som Videncenter for børn og unges brug af nye online teknologier. Formålet er, at informere om børn og unges brug af internet og nye teknologier samt at udruste forældre og lærere med brugbar viden herom.

The Safer Internet Hotline is a place where you can report any Illegal or annoying content that you might come across on the Internet. "Internet Sans Crainte se veut un lieu de rencontre de référence pour tous les acteurs impliqués dans laprévention des risques liés à l’usage de l’Internet par les jeunes. Le programme a pour vocation de:- Sensibiliser les jeunes aux risques et usages d’Internet, leur apprendre à se poser les bonnes questions etdévelopper les bons réflexes.- Sensibiliser et informer leurs parents et enseignants afin qu’ils puissent les accompagner.- Donner aux animateurs et enseignants des outils pratiques pour créer facilement des ateliers de sensibilisation auprès des jeunes dont ils ont la charge.- Former les professionnels.- Organiser des ateliers dans les structures d'éducation formelles et non formelles."
