It really is simple to make, especially if you have a Bullet or handheld blender to quickly emulsify the dressing. We especially like this salad dressing with our Paleo Cobb Salad or Paleo Summer Salad! Can I just say, for just one second, how much I hate when people just copy and paste recipes? Paleo Honey Mustard Dressing ½ cup Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar 2 Tbsp raw Honey 3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard ¼ tsp Garlic Powder 1 small Garlic Clove 1 Tbsp Paleo Mayo Coarse Sea Salt and White Pepper (to taste ~1/8 tsp each) Blend all ingredients together. This salad dressing is great on our Paleo Shrimp and Bacon Salad (instead of Paleo French Dressing) or Paleo Cobb Salad.
