Insight Data Science Fellows Program. Database of fellowships. Postdoctoral Program in Environmental Chemistry. Deadline: August 11, 2014 Announcement: early November 2014 The Camille and Henry Dreyfus Foundation seeks to further the development of scientific leadership in the field of environmental chemistry with a postdoctoral fellowship program.

Postdoctoral Program in Environmental Chemistry

The Postdoctoral Program in Environmental Chemistry provides a principal investigator with an award of $120,000 over two years to appoint a Postdoctoral Fellow in environmental chemistry. Eligibility The Postdoctoral Program in Environmental Chemistry is open to all academic and other not-for-profit organizations in the States, Districts, and Territories of the United States of America. Applications are accepted from principal investigators who have well-established research efforts in environmental science or engineering. Research Associateship Programs. The NRC Research Associateship Programs (RAP) promote excellence in scientific and technological research conducted by the U.S. government through the administration of programs offering graduate, postdoctoral, and senior level research opportunities at sponsoring federal laboratories and affiliated institutions.

Research Associateship Programs

In the NRC Research Associateship Programs, prospective applicants select a research project or projects from among a large group of Research Opportunities available through this website. Prior to completing an application, prospective applicants should contact the Research Adviser listed with the selected Research Opportunity(ies) to assure that funding will be available if the application is recommended by NRC Research Associateship Programs panels. Once a host laboratory and Research Adviser are identified, an application is submitted through the NRC Research Associateship Programs online application system. Postdoctoral Ford Fellowship. FORD FOUNDATION POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS For Achieving Excellence in College and University Teaching The 2014 Ford Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship competition is CLOSED and applications are no longer being accepted. The application deadline date for the 2014 postdoctoral fellowship was NOVEMBER 15, 2013.

Postdoctoral Ford Fellowship

This year the program will award approximately 24 postdoctoral fellowships. The postdoctoral fellowships provide one year of support for individuals engaged in postdoctoral study after the attainment of the Ph.D. or Sc.D. degree. Grant Guidelines: 2014-2015 Grant Cycle Cycle 3: Civil Society and Civic Engagement and Leadership The Rancho Bernardo Community Foundation is in its 26th year of grantmaking to enhance the quality of life for those who live, work and play in Rancho Bernardo. In the current cycle, the Rancho Bernardo Community Foundation will accept proposals that demonstrate the power to build a more vibrant and civically engaged community. The goal of the grant cycle is to support programs that enhance the community of Rancho Bernardo. Desirable projects will increase dialogue and participation, inspire community pride and revitalization and increase the broader participation of the community. Nonprofit organizations are invited to submit project proposals specifically for Rancho Bernardo that demonstrate the power to build a more vibrant and civically engaged community. These projects should be practical, achievable within a 12-month time frame, and have prospects for long-term sustainability.
