Stara Drenčina, 23-26.avgust 2018. prošle godine sam imala čast da budem deo 1.konvencije prirodnog graditeljstva u Vukomeriću, nakon čega je usledio poziv za 6.modul Akademije prirodnog graditeljstva u Staroj Drenčini :) put je protekao lagano, sad smo godinu dana stariji, a najveći problem bio je – pronaći ih u selu :) konačno: stižemo i do kuće puž, a anegdotu o vlasnicima možete čuti samo uživo :) kad smo obišli gradilište, došli smo i do imanja na kojem smo smešteni – kakva lepota i svaka čast ekipi, na čelu sa Krunom, koja je od ove dedovine napravila momčinu :) uživali smo u svakom trenutku i u svemu: od ambijenta, preko ekipe do radova :) u petak krećemo – prvo sa pričom o zemlji, pa o zemljanim podovima… još pre dolaska izražavam zabrinutost da se 75 kvadrata poda može uraditi u dva ipo dana, ali su svi puni entuzijazma da me uveravaju u suprotno :) kreće mešanje zemlje, pa loptice-đulad od zemlje i slame u ogroomnim količinama… i izrada poda… Matko svira polazak :)

Then, la fábrica was born, and approximately 45 years later, the structure has been turned into a spectacular and extraordinary home. The factory, situated outside of Barcelona, was a WWI-era pollution machine which had closed down and this came with many repairs to be done when Ricardo Bofill and his team purchased it. After some years of partial deconstruction, the determined architect laced the exterior of the property with vegetation and furnished the interior as a modern living and workspace. The produce is usually salvaged because it’s misshapen or bruised in some way, despite being perfectly edible.
Other products are donated because grocery stores aren’t allowed to sell the goods if they are too close to their expiration date, even though they may still have a shelf life for several months to come. Some food is thrown out simply because there is too much warehouse stock to accommodate it. Customers at Feed It Forward, however, are free to fill up their baskets and pay whatever they can afford.
