uMarketplace Suite Multi-Vendor Marketplace. When purchasing uMarketPlace I was promised by Felix Machlis the Solutions Architect during a phone call that uMarketplace was easy to install, configure, customize and use.
I was told I did not need any technical knowledge or coding experience and that if I ran into difficulties they would provide support. These promises were NOT delivered to me.uMarketplace is not simple. I am still trying to learn how to configure, customize and use it. Their is very little support documentation for the product. The documentation that is available is mostly outdated and vague. Every template theme I purchased from themeforest.net to use, would not work. Developer Support is only provided via e-mail. When I complained, I was again reassured they would help me get the Extension installed, configured, customized for my use but failed to provide the level of support I required to do so.
