SecTools.Org: Top 125 Network Security Tools For more than a decade, the Nmap Project has been cataloguing the network security community's favorite tools. In 2011 this site became much more dynamic, offering ratings, reviews, searching, sorting, and a new tool suggestion form . This site allows open source and commercial tools on any platform, except those tools that we maintain (such as the Nmap Security Scanner , Ncat network connector , and Nping packet manipulator ). We're very impressed by the collective smarts of the security community and we highly recommend reading the whole list and investigating any tools you are unfamiliar with.

Timpanogos Waterfalls - 360 Degree Panorama - Foto 360

Mt. Timpanogos in Utah's Uinta National Forest is perhaps the most popular hiking destination in the state. It's the second tallest peak in the Wasatch Mountain Range. This waterfall, near the base of the mountain, is supplied by snowfields beneath the 11,749 ft. (3582 m) peak. The exposed rock of the summit is limestone and dolomite, about 300 million years old. There are two main trails to Timpanogos, which will take one from alpine meadows to above the tree line. http://www.utah3d.net/panoramas_3/timpanogos-waterfall.html

Post date: November 27, 2011, 11:11 Category: Miscellaneous Views: 1019 Comments Tutorial quote: Unlike virt-manager, virt-install is a command line tools that allows you to create KVM guests on a headless server. You may ask yourself: "But I can use vmbuilder to do this, why do I need virt-install?" The difference between virt-install and vmbuilder is that vmbuilder is for creating Ubuntu-based guests, whereas virt-install lets you install all kinds of operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows, Solaris, FreeBSD, OpenBSD) and distributions in a guest, just like virt-manager.
Gnod is a self-adapting system that learns about the outer world by asking its visitors what they like and what they don't like. In this instance of gnod all is about music. Gnod is kind of a search engine for music you don't know about. It will ask you what music you like and then think about what you might like too. When I set gnod online its database was completely empty. Now it contains thousands of bands and quite some knowledge about who likes what. http://www.gnoosic.com/

System Builder Marathon, December 2011: The Articles Here are links to each of the four articles in this month’s System Builder Marathon (we’ll update them as each story is published). RED WINES

There are literally thousands of red wines from around the world, from Alaska to Argentina, from California to China, and everywhere in between. Instead of giving you the world view, here are 4 of the most popular grapes and regions. Tastes change over the years, what the public liked 10 years ago with respect to wine, is completely different than it is today. 10 years ago, it was the great surge of Pinot Noir and the bashing of Merlot thanks to the now famous movie Sideways . Everyone forgot about the great French classic, Merlot, and moved to another great French classic, Pinot Noir, but we did it all because of California grape tours on the big screen. Merlot is now back to being one of the most popular varieties and for good reason! It’s soft , easy to drink , great fruit up front , medium tannin , not to abrasive, and it’s good with or without food.

The browser power meter displays the minimum setTimeout callback interval which indicates the browsers impact on power consumption. The shorter the interval, the less time the CPU can enter longer sleep states therefore consuming more power and impacting battery life. The web platform allows for periodic callbacks via window.setTimeout() and window.setInterval() .
