Try this super satisfying dessert at the last backyard barbecues of the season. It’s healthy, plant-based, and guaranteed to impress your friends. Grilled Nectarines with Cinnamon Cashew Cream (serves 6-8 people) 6 ripe nectarines (or peaches) 2 cups raw unsalted cashews 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 cup almond milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. maple syrup Pinch of salt 1/2 of an orange 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 handful of fresh basil or mint leaves (optional garnish) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
