I’ve had to treat this post with care as personal yoga practices can be a sensitive topic. So many yogis are opinionated and adamant on their interpretation of ahimsa and their strict vegetarian or vegan diet. I do not debate anyone’s practices or beliefs, but only offer my own thoughts and experiences.
