Voice Shield kit for Arduino

Though, you could use it with any Arduino but you'd have to wire it manually. It has a stackable design, meaning that if you have other plug-on shields they can be stacked on top of the VS. (Make sure that they are not using the same pins! The VS uses digital pins 2,3,4 and 5 of the Arduino.) The ISD runs at 3 volts but the Arduino uses 5 volts, to interface the two the VS has an on board 3 volt regulator with filtering capacitors, and level shifting circuitry to safely connect both devices.

There are two forms of audio output possible with the VS.

Arduinology. Herbie555 asked: I'm attempting to use WiFlySerial 1.08 with a RN-XV and a Sparkfun ProMicro 3.3V.Wired using the standard pins 2,3, but all my sketches, including WiFlyTest, are hanging at/around the first call to WiFlySerial::begin(). I've checked the wiring continuity and experimented with swapping the pin assignments (3,2 instead) and changing the default baud rate, but I simply cannot get past this first step. 2 RN-XV boards, so I'm reasonably certain it's not a damaged unit.

Anything else I can try? Hi Herbie555, WiFlySerial does look for the version number of the RN chip firmware… RN’s send it as part of their command prompt. Set the library’s version number to your RN’s firmware version … might help. Let us know either way! Cheers,

The goal of this experiment is to convert the Arduino board into an USB keyboard plus a VGA sniffer to crack the password of a standard BIOS using the brute force attack method. There are no advantages in using this method, in fact this can be very slow and you may never find the password at all, but as always we do it for fun. It’s just a proof of concept, there are many ways of resetting a BIOS specially if you have access to the hardware, and you need it anyway because we’re talking about BIOS and there is no “remote access” as far as I know.

In theory, you can use it with other programs also not only a BIOS setup, but there must be some special conditions, for example the software must be one of those that doesn’t block after a few failed password entry attempts. USB Keyboard Emulator For the USB keyboard part, I’ve used the V-USB for Arduino code, which in turns uses V-USB library .
