You need: Plastic sheeting Muslin Diluted PVA glue (50/50 glue/water) Torn up pieces of scrapbook paper, gift wrap, sweetie wrappers, magazine pages or any other scrappy bits of paper Craft tissue paper - white Diluted acrylic paint/ink in two or more colors. *Lay down the plastic sheet on a flat surface. I like to use bubble wrap. *Place the piece of muslin on top of the plastic. *Slosh diluted PVA over the muslin.

*Arrange paper scraps all over the muslin, adding more glue where needed. *Glue a layer of tissue paper on top of the papers. *Slosh acrylic paint over the whole lot. *Leave to dry. *When completely dry, peel away the plastic.
