They’re best served warm from the oven, with good quality vanilla ice cream (devastatingly I didn’t have any in the freezer this time, so I guess I’ll just have to make them again). Step Two: Add Frosting Now, mix in your frosting to make a paste. Before you roll out the balls you want the mixture to chill for a while. I used my hands to roll out the balls but I've heard using a melon baller can make things easier.
