Nerd Fitness: The 20-minute hotel workout
This is the next installment in a new series on The Next Web, in partnership with Steve Kamb from Nerd Fitness . Guides to staying healthy, without giving up your geek lifestyle. During a road trip last year, I spent a night at a hotel in Richmond, Virginia.Ab Exercise
This ab exercise circuit from the Australian strength coach Ian King works your entire midsection, which means a visible six-pack (for your cover shoot) and stronger stabilizing muscles around your spine (for back health and sports). Do two or three circuits 3 or 4 days a week. Perform one ab exercise after another with about 30 seconds of rest in between, then rest for 1 minute between circuits. Knee UpAb Exercise
The crunch is the most popular ab exercise for one reason: Anyone can do it. Trouble is, that doesn't mean it's the most effective ab exercise. After all, would you rather be using the abdominal workout of an out-of-shape housewife or the ab workout of an Olympic gymnast? Enter the hanging leg raise. Consider this movement the gold standard for all ab exercises, just as the pullup is for your back. Although most gymnasts have probably never bothered with a crunch, they've been performing variations of the hanging leg raise for decades.Core Workout
1. You can strengthen your core without moving a muscle. Whereas most muscles propel you, your core resists movement—for instance, to protect your spine when you twist your torso. So don't be surprised by how hard it is to stay still in this core workout.Perfect Your Pushup
Guys tend to abandon the pushup for the bench press sometime around puberty. Which is why you usually have to wait in line at the gym for a bench, but there's always plenty of floor space for the taking. Call it a natural rite of passage. After all, doesn't everybody agree that pressing a plate-loaded bar off your chest is far more manly -- and effective -- than pushing your body away from the floor? "Think again," says Alwyn Cosgrove, C.S.C.S., owner of Results Fitness, in Santa Clarita, California. "The pushup and the bench press both work your chest, shoulders, and triceps, but the pushup also trains your abdominals, lower back, upper back, and glutes."Enkele tips om mobiel te blijven

The Ultimate Medicine Ball Workout
The idea of completing an entire total-body workout using nothing more than an 8-pound medicine ball may not seem intimidating. It's designed to help you build a rock-solid core, burn fat, and improve your sports performance. Sahratian calls this workout the Med Ball 400.The internal organs and their contents Human anatomy (gr. ἀνατομία, "dissection", from ἀνά, "up", and τέμνειν, "cut") is primarily the scientific study of the morphology of the human body .
