My Mum has always sworn by the Australian Women's Weekly recipe books and I have to agree. They contain recipes which always work and are easy to follow. They are also good value for money , compared with most cookery books these days. Although the recipes are Australian you do not have to do any conversion as the book lists measurements in cups, grams and ounces. Everyone is happy!
