If you have any wonton wrappers leftover from the Crispy Southwestern Wontons , here’s a great way to use them up! I was browsing Pinterest the other day when I came across these adorable mini lasagna cups made with wonton wrappers in a muffin tin! How fun are these little lasagnas?
Oh, you think I’m absolutely bonkers huh? Well try this on for size: every photo in this post is my own, except the lovely shot above (taken from The Food Faffer ) because my 4 year old uber-picky eater ate ALL the spinach before I could get a lovely “after” picture of my own! Cupcakes are a blast. They’re easy to make, easy to transport and serve, and they’re delicious. They make awesome gifts and great last minute treats for a kid’s homeroom or the office. A lot of people put more thought into decorating them than they put into the actual recipes they use.
Roasted potatoes are pretty much my life. I’ve been told that I make one mean batch of roasted potatoes, and so I feel like it’s my civic duty to share the recipe with you today. There really isn’t anything that crazy that goes into these potatoes but I guess they are pretty much like crack. People, including my boyfriend, just can’t get enough of them. I make big vats of these on the weekends so we can use them throughout the week. And without fail, they disappear by Wednesday or Thursday.
Red Velvet Brownie Recipe This recipe has been a loooong time coming. Like, it seems as if it has taken me forever to perfect it. Note the dramatic-ness.
