Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Crockpot Chicken Tacos
I'll keep this short and sweet: this is one of my all time favorite recipes. If there is one crockpot recipe you need in your repertoire, this is it. But truthfully, after making it once you won't even need the recipe because it's just so darn easy. Three ingredients and almost zero work. The result is a juicy, flavorful shredded chicken that makes some killer tacos. I like to load up my tacos, so they look a bit messy in the pictures. You can easily put together a great tortilla soup with the leftovers from the chicken. **As a side note, I am SO grateful to everyone who has made this recipe and/or commented on the post. So Very Blessed...: Quinoa Pizza Bites In my opinion, these are, hands down, the best things I think I’ve ever cooked. Each bite is packed with pizza flavor and I can’t get enough of them! I brought someone a few to try and he polished them off in a matter of seconds, immediately asking for “30 more, please.” I love onion (I use frozen chopped onion most of the time, because my eyes so much when I cut fresh onions that I can’t see and cut myself almost every time!), so feel free to cut down the 1 cup if your family isn’t as fond of them! The fresh basil adds a big flavor punch, but the combination of the basil, oregano, paprika, garlic, and onion seemed to meld perfectly to bring all of the pizza flavor in a tiny little bite.

Garlicky Baked Fries I’m never going to make garlic potato fries any other way. These garlic fries, win hands down as the best garlic french fries I’ve ever made. Plus they are baked – so I won’t feel too guilty if I make it every time I’m craving for some potato comfort. Kaytucky Chicken I have a really fun recipe for you! And easy, too. It’s hardly any work; the oven does the work for you, but it’s a really fun and tasty way to serve chicken for a change. 50 Slow Cooker Recipes Life is busy around my house. Even though I have young kids, we are working on potty training, sharing, walking and just staying safe :) Toddlers are such a crazy and fun age! School is back in session, or almost back in session, and I am sure life is or will get busy taking kids to school, sporting events, extracurricular activities and pretty much anything that comes with the hustle and bustle of life.

Spinach Lasagna Rolls Perfectly portioned individual lasagnas. This is one of those family friendly recipes everyone in your home will love. A great way to get your kids to eat spinach too. Buffalo Chicken Bites One of my favorite guilty pleasures is buffalo wings, especially dipped in blue cheese dressing. There's something about the buffalo chicken and blue cheese combo that really appeals to me and I had a craving for it lately. When I came across a recipe for ham and cheese stuffed pretzel bites, I figured I could substitute it with chicken and blue cheese.

Baked Cheesy Chicken Bake Today’s recipe is a cheesy baked pasta that I found over at Our Best Bites . Sara based the recipe on a Martha Stewart recipe. This yummy dish consists of a cheesy pasta blended with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms. Now I know the sun-dried tomatoes aren’t something most of you probably keep on had, so you could just leave them out if you like. French Onion Pot Roast (Slow Cooker) Recipe French Onion Pot Roast (Slow Cooker) I love my slow cooker. Lately it’s been my most favorite appliance because it’s so nice to come home with dinner almost ready. On really busy nights and nights I work late, the slow cooker is my friend. This french onion pot roast recipe is something I have been making for at least a couple of years now. I have adapted the recipe and changed it up several times but this is how I make it now.
